How do I combine multiple rows into just 1 row using a macro in Excel 2007?

I would like to combine multiple rows into just 1 long row in Excel 2007.

For example:

I have data in colums B through to I and in rows 1-30. So I have 30 rows, with data in cells B to I.

I would like to combine all of these rows back-to back into just 1 long row, and I would like this long row to begin from N16.

Do you have a macro to do this?
