Google Free Keyword Monitor
Free Monitor for Keyword for Google is a nifty little programme, that will tell you, where your website is placed in google.com SERP's for a specific keywords or key phrase.
All you do is add a list of keywords and keyphases into the programme and set you preferences, (how many listings you want the programme to search, before it stops searching) don't set it any higher than about 200, unless you are only looking for a few keywords, and you really want to see how badly you are doing.
Then click search, go have a drink of coffee, come back, and as long as you didn't set how long it searched for too many, you should have a list of where your website is placed for the keywords you added that are important for the SEO of your website..
Not only does it tell you what your placement is, but in the right side of the display panel it shows you the url of your competitors that are listed higher or lower than you in each search, you can rightclick on any of these listings, and choose the option to visit any of these other competitors website.
If you run the programme every month, you will see how your pages are gaining or losing their ranking for the keywords, you can add different keywords whenever you like.
Being a free programme, it does have it's hinks. It really only has one hink, in that sometimes it loses the history, so it does pay to export the fole after you have the results, just in case, so you can reinstall if you need to.
Free Monitor for Google is a nifty little programme and will be all anyone needs for their personal site, the full version is, I believe worth the money. It's searches alllocal and international SEO rankings, in all the mayor search engines, so you can check when your website ranks in both your local and internal search engines, for your specific keywords.
